When will I receive my order?
Order processing times are counted in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays) and may take 1 to 4 business days with a maximum of 7 business days, depending on immediate item availability. All orders received before 3pm PST, Monday through Friday, will ship out the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff time will begin to process the next business day.
How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
Our systems will send you an automated shipment confirmation email, with a tracking number, when we have finished processing your order and our transportation partner has picked it up for delivery, at which point the shipment method time frame you have selected will commence. Please note that our transportation partners do not process orders after 2pm Saturdays and none on Sunday. Therefore, if you place an order after the cutoff time on Saturday, you may experience a delay between your shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order. . If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team at sales@texturedtech.com for assistance.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Textured Tech account on our website and navigating to the "Order History" section. Additionally, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor the progress of your package through our courier partner's website.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. To do so, please contact our customer service team at sales@texturedtech.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to cancel it for you.
Do you allow exchanges?
In a few specific circumstances, we may allow exchanges to maintain consumer safety. If you believe you have a valid reason for an exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@texturedtech.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination, order weight, and shipping method selected. You will be able to view the applicable shipping charges for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase. Free shipping offer is limited to UPS or USPS ground shipping only. Free shipping offer not valid for International orders, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI. Free shipping is determined by the merchandise total after discounts are applied. Certain items are ineligible for Free Shipping. The minimum purchase required for Free Shipping is $60.00, and free shipping doesn't apply to gift certificates, bulk orders, orders over 20 pounds, applicable shipping charges or sales tax. Also Free shipping doesn't apply to backorder, preorder, heavy or oversize items. If you have one or more ineligible items in your cart, you will be asked to remove the item(s) if you wish to qualify for free shipping.
How does the weekend impact shipping times?
Shipping times may be affected by weekends, as our courier partners do pick up and deliver packages on Saturdays but not on Sundays or holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as it may result in a slightly longer delivery time. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, and any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
